| The Fitness Kitchen is a Los Angeles-based cooking and delivery service. Chef Carlos Cedeño and Jeff Sholtz prepare delicious, healthy fresh food for those who choose to eat right but don’t have hours a day to cook. Our meal plan is ideal for weight loss or weight gain. Originally designed for competitive athletes, the diet has been refined under medical supervision to make it useful for nutrition and weight loss patients. Our diet is also ideal for diabetics and those wishing to lower their cholesterol. We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner plus three snacks a dayyour total food requirements. Calorie levels are custom tailored for each customer and conform to The Zone® diet’s 40-30-30 specifications. |
